I believe…

Yoga is a powerful path to transformation—a way to come home to yourself, deepen your connection to your body, and move through life with greater presence, purpose, and peace. Yoga has been a foundational part of my own healing journey, leading me to a more grounded experience, helping me to build self-trust and confidence, and giving me the tools to regulate my nervous system in the busyness of life.

Yoga is for every body. It’s a practice of self-compassion, not perfection. My classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are, inclusive of varied abilities and body types. I strive to create a welcoming space where you can feel empowered to explore movement, breath, and stillness at your own pace, without judgement.

Every body and soul holds wisdom. Through yoga, we get to listen more closely to it.

I became a teacher to deepen my practice— and to share it with others in a meaningfulful way.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training through Bloom Yoga Studio and registered with Yoga Alliance in April 2025. I studied classical Hatha-style yoga under a talented group of experienced yoga instructors, learning a solid foundation of yoga philosophy and tradition, alignment and anatomy, and pose modifications to accomodate for students of all experience levels and abilities.

Through yoga, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of mindful movement, intentional breath, and presence to enhance strength and awareness, inside and out. Now, as a teacher, I aim to share that possibility with others. My classes are not just about the poses—they’re an invitation to connect to yourself, build inner resilience, and create space for whatever transformation you’re ready to welcome.
